The Potential of Paradip: With the proposal for 8-laning of NH 53 from Joda to Paradeep via Chandikhol, 4-laning of State Highway No-12 from Paradip to Cuttack, construction of Gopalpur-Digha Coastal Highway via Paradip, early completion of Haridaspur-Paradip railway line and merger of inland waterways of the Mahanadi with coastal water of the Bay of Bengal via Paradip Port, there is a huge potential for Paradeep becoming a major logistic and industrial hob in the coming years.

The port town already houses industries like IFFCO, Paradeep Phosphates, Cargill, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Carbon etc. Paradeep has a huge potential for growth. Looking at the increasing pace of urbanization led by rapid industrialization, the proposal to include 15 revenue villages (including Nimidiha where the project is located) for expansion of Paradeep Municipality is already under the active consideration of Govt. of Odisha. Indeed, very soon Paradeep will become the gateway of modern Odisha to the international community. 

We foresee a housing shortage in near future due to proposed expansion of the port town and hence we have come up with a CREATIVE PORT VIEW. 

Our Proposed Project: The proposed project will be located on the National Highway No-53A, in Mouza – Nimidiha, Ps- Paradip. It will consist of two towers, one residential and the other commercial. The residential tower will be 14 storied high, locating 14 dwelling units in each floor. The commercial tower will be 4 storied high, each floor measuring 795 sq.m. The project will provide 3925 sq mts of covered parking for residential units and another 745.30 sqm of covered parking for commercial units. Apart from this, 350 sq mts of space will be earmarked for open parking. 53% of the total project area will be under green cover.
